cevapcici, chicken, grilled vegetable with pommes are very good and we always take one portion for 2 women, we had also pancakes with marmelade and I can say- very good, like at home. Prices friendly in comparison to Croatian prices. Aperol spritz can be stronger (a bit weak taste) but beer is ok. Home wine is good with coca cola, sorry:)))) but coffee is good enough. For us, this place is the first choice for every stay in Rovinj beach holliday. Atmosphere is soooo comfortable and food is very good. Thank you Soul Food staff, we had great stay again

The find of the holidsy. Our 5th visit to Rovinj but had never walked out to this lovely beach bar. Superb setting under pine trees next to the sea. Great food and drink at good price. Visited 4 times over the 2 weeks. ...and back again in 2022. Still lovely. About 10,000 steps to get here from the old town. Well worth it. Sept 1 is our joint Independence Day. Great place to celebrate. Also discovered courgettes can be delicious cooked in spicey sauces. Still great in 2025.

This is a soul-repair station cleverly disguised as a charcoal grill under summer pine trees, with the Adriatic sun bouncing off the sea. Imagine peak summer: crickets and birds screaming like they’re in competition, kids adding splashy laughter to the background, and the scent of pine needles, sunscreen, and charcoal smoke blending into one oddly nostalgic Mediterranean perfume. That’s your ambient soundtrack. Wes Anderson could shoot an entire movie here. Benches are thick planks, brutally practical, no hipster cushions. You sit. They bring. You eat. No drama, no QR codes, no overcomplicated wine list. Just cold drinks from fridge heaven and grilled meats that make you question your vegetarian friends’ life choices. Ćevapi, marinated chicken bites, zucchini and peppers perfectly seasoned, and fries so crunchy they should come with a disclaimer and a hedonism certification. I thought I was dreaming - well, I was, for the year since last summer. And then it happened again: sun rays peeking through pine treetops, waves flashing like liquid mirrors, and the holy trinity of beer, grill, and shade conspiring to lock a memory in your head forever. This place doesn’t just feed you. It restores your faith in simple pleasures. It heals. Or maybe it just feeds the soul the only way that matters: loudly, generously, unapologetically. Nice work, guys and gals. Five stars, eternal applause, a permanent reservation in my summer memories - and a final bill refreshingly lower than the overrated, overcrowded joints downtown Rovinj.

We had dinner at Soul Food Cuvi and liked the laid-back beach vibe. Sitting among locals with the sun sinking into the horizon felt like the perfect summer evening. The service was friendly, the food simple but fitting for the place, and the cold Pan beers hit just right. It’s not the spot for any fine dining of course, but for sunset vibes and easygoing food, it’s perfect.

Extremly friendly staff who helped to make our day perfect while staying at Cuvi beach. We tried the cheeseburger and the Soul chicken, and both dishes were really delicious. On hot days the place is quite busy around lunchtime but it's worth waiting a few minutes for a table! :)

The best beach bar/restaurant on Cuvi. Very nice and pleasure service, good food and drinks. They have their own clean toilets what is also good. There is only one cons (one star down) - they do not accept cards, only cache.
